  • How much space is required?

    Our photo booths have an 8x8. Additional space may be necessary for decorative add-ons.

  • How much time do you need to set up?

    Our booth attendant will need 30 minutes to set up and less than that for cleanup after the event. Please allot additional time for experiences that include furniture or bespoke backdrops.

  • Can I add furniture to my booking for a traditional portrait design?

    Yes. Traditional portraits are the perfect favor for your guests, and we are happy to discuss our furniture rental options with you. If your preferred furniture pieces aren't currently reflected in our catalog, please let us know.

  • Can the photos/videos be branded with my company/event details?

    Yes. Logos, phrases, and images may be added to your digital and print images. These custom overlays are included in the Premium and Deluxe packages.

  • Will a booth attendant remain onsite for the entirety of my event?

    Yes. Every rental will be managed by one of our professional booth attendants.

  • Can the photo booth be used at outdoor events?

    Our photo booths can be used nearly anywhere there is a flat surface, including outdoors. We recommend placing them in the shade to keep our technology cool and avoid potential delays.

  • What happens to the files after my event?

    Your photos are automatically uploaded to the live gallery and shared with your guests via their selected method. After the event you will receive a link to the complete gallery which will remain active for 30 days.

  • What power source is required?

    A standard 120v outlet. We can provide a 50-foot long extension cord.

  • I'd like to have a backdrop that is not listed in your current offerings, what are my options?

    Please contact us. We are regularly adding to our catalog, and are happy to design custom backdrops.

  • How many photo sessions are included?

    Your booking includes an unlimited amount of photo/video sessions.

  • I'm ready to add a photo booth to my event! How do I book?

    1. Visit the inquiry page to select your package, build your estimate and share relevant event details. Be sure to "submit inquiry"
    2. Our team will contact you upon receipt of the inquiry to confirm availability and any special requests
    3. A 50%, non-refundable deposit, and a signed contract are required to secure your date
    4. The remaining balance is due the day of your event

    • The name of the magazine, the article titles, and the numbers on the bar code are all customizable. We recommend black or dark colored letters to get the best contrast, but are happy to discuss your ideas
