  • How many people can be accomodated?

    We can accommodate party sizes from two to thirty-six.

  • What is included in my reservation?

    All reservations include set-up, clean-up, decorations, and a 2 hour rental. Additional time may be purchased, based upon availability.

  • Does Champagne Life Events provide food and drinks?

    Snack/charcuterie boards are included for parties of two. You are welcome to bring your own food or arrange for catering. We’d also be glad to share our list of preferred vendors should you be interested.

    Please note Champagne Life Events does not provide, and is not responsible for the actions or consequences of guests who choose to drink alcoholic beverages.

  • Which locations are available?

    We are happy to accommodate your preferred location ranging from public parks, backyards, or inside your home. Please note, some public parks require a fee which will be added to your total.

  • What is the inclement weather policy?

    Please notify us at least 48 hours before your reservation if you’d like to make changes to the arranged date or location. Every Chance will also monitor the weather to determine setup feasibility. The 50% deposit is transferrable for 90 days.

  • What occurs on the day of my event?

    1. You will receive a text and email reminder 1 hour prior to your event containing directions to where we’ve set up.
    2. You’ll arrive and enjoy 2 hours (standard) of rental time.
    3. We’ll return as your party is ending and take care of the clean-up.
    4. You’ll post your photos and share your experience with your friends!
  • May I add your other offerings to my picnic reservation?

    Yes, most of our services can be added to your reservation. In your inquiry, please include which additions you're considering.

  • How do I make a reservation?

    1. Visit the “Bookings” page to select the date and tell us about your event
    2. We’ll reach out within 48 hours to finalize remaining details, process the invoice, and collect the 50% deposit
    3. Your final payment is due 48 hours before your reservation
